Determining our work force and fee are based on the following criteria:
1. Duration - of the event or function

2. Location of project - in house, in town, out of town
3. Requirements - based on the complexity of the event
4. Size of the project - number of people attending
5. Time allotted - to prepare and organize the event
6. Type of project - wedding, seminar, convention, trade show,
tournament,
7. Type of environment - hotel, community centre, hall, resort
What is our “Fee for service”
As you know, determining a fee for a particular event without knowing the parameters is very difficult. It also depends on what you want assistance with. By looking through our website you will see that we offer 5 options from just budgeting to handling all of the event from its conception through its conclusion.
Let’s give you an example. You wish to hire our services in organizing a ONE day event, for 100 people, in town, including all aspects of the event, (budgeting, work plan, [organizing the venue, catering needs, AV, gifts and prizes, etc.], attending the day of event):
Budgeting: Includes meetings with you to evaluate your needs.
Work Plan: How will it all be structured?
Organizing: Includes meetings with Venue, caterer, AV company, etc.
Day of Event: Registration, name tags, collection of monies, follow up on unpaid
guests, set up, clean up, summarize findings of event to you, final numbers.
Our event planning fee would be approximately $2,500.00 (or $25/per person for this example) plus additional expenses and applicable taxes.
