Bruno Boccaccio, Executive Coordinator

As owner of BDMA Events, Bruno brings to the team 30 years of experience in event planning, accounting, managing, communication, and numerous other fields. His strong people and organizational skills make him a highly capable leader of the BDMA team. With Bruno's attention to detail and commitment to quality, you can rest assured no detail will be missed and your event will run smoothly. Bruno acts as your primary contact in the organization of your event.

 

 

Barry, Coordinator

Barry is a retired oil and gas veteran and has served on the Board of Directors for the Calgary Stampede Showband for several years. In his role, Barry has acquired extensive experience in organizing international tours for the Stampede Showband, including travel, accommodations, meals, and itineraries for groups of up to 200.

 

Stan, Coordinator

Also a retired oil and gas professional of 30 years, Stan has been the bedrock of numerous trade shows, golf tournaments and seminars in the city of Calgary. His strong attention to detail and understanding of every customer's needs make him a vital contributor to the BDMA team.

 

Jim, Coordinator

Formerly a Property Assessor with the City of Calgary, Jim is now retired and takes great pleasure in helping others. His familiarity with venues in and around Calgary and contacts within the city helps the BDMA team find you the best location for your event at the best value.

 

Donna Evans, Coordinator

Donna's strengths lie in public relations and communications. As owner of her own company, a "Personalized Client Contact Greeting Card" company, she prepares unique card designs for any occasion. The goal is professional, the look is personal! Donna brings this focus to the events she plans with BDMA.
